Gator Fabric GF4.4 (100 lbf) is a needle punched non-woven geotextile made of polypropylene fibers. GATOR FABRIC GF4.4 geotextile is ideal for drainage, filtration and will allow water flow of 135 gallons per minutes per square foot (613 L/min/sq. m.) in paver or retaining wall applications. Its filament fibers are used for soil separation and drainage. They combine high durability along with excellent physical and hydraulic properties. It is non-biodegradable and resistant to most soil chemicals.

Installation Instructions
Method of installation of Gator Fabric GF4.4 (100 lbf) for stability and soil separation.
Please Note:
- When excavation has been completed, leveled and compacted, lay the Gator Fabric GF4.4 covering bottom and sides of the excavated area.
- Ensure the Gator Fabric GF4.4 is stretch to avoid any folds.
- Always overlap the seams of geotextile by a minimum 12″ (30 cm).
STEP 1
Excavate the soil in the location of the project according to best practices.
STEP 2
With a rake, even out, level and compact the soil to a tolerance of 3/8" (10 mm).
STEP 3
Apply Gator Fabric GF4.4 to the entire foundation and sides. Overlap seams by 12" (30 cm) of the hardscape installation and trim to size.
STEP 4
Spread, level and compact your aggregate or bedding material when installing Gator Base and complete with your selected pavement.
